Radi8 was amazing. The gal took her time to explain the float experience. I was totally prepared. So relaxing! You don't need to bring anything but a brush for your hair. I had the tank closed the whole time with no lights and music for part of it. If you get warm just move a bit and the cool water will touch you and then it will get warmed by your own body again. Try not to use the headrest. I thought it was better without it . I will look for a similar experience in my area. Totally check this out!

I purchased 2 Floats for 2:00p.m. I called at 11:30am to get clarity on what might be needed for the float. Spoke with Tierra(Manager) and she asked for our names and confirmation number. She answered all of our questions and explained that our float wasn’t for 2:00pm(even though that was the time listed on the confirmation) but 4:00pm. When we arrived for our appointment, Tierra informed us she didn’t have us scheduled. We started to explain we book through Trip Advisor and she had spoken with us earlier that day. She started apologizing and say how this was totally her fault. That she assumed when she spoke with us she was talking to another couple. She said she would like to float us but we would have to come back at 6:00pm. When we arrived back at 6:00pm, they apologized again and said because of there error, I could purchase 1 item from there products and get 50% off. 🤨 We did our float. It was wonderful except the audio sounds that are suppose to play during float, never worked in my husband’s tank. Until it played the sound for him to exit the tank.

This was a very nice and unique experience. The attendant was very nice and explained everything well. This experience is probably be best for a person with a little agility because the bottom of the tub is a little slippery and you need to step in and sit down. If you are not comfortable stepping in and sitting down just bring someone to lend a hand. Very enjoyable
