We loved the walk in the herbal gardens. My brother has a walker and he was able to maneuver pretty well through the paved paths. The fall colors were beautiful. Glass show was nice added touch.

We wanted to take in the gardens after reading so many great reviews and we weren't disappointed. This place truly is a gem and this time of year the colors on the trees were brilliant. We took our time and there was so much of this place we didn't get to explore but with it being set against the backdrop of the mountains it was gorgeous. They have so many different kinds of plants and flowers it was wonderful. We enjoyed a nice and peaceful walk around the gardens just enjoying the great weather. We would love to go back and see what they do for Christmas.

Although I have visited Salt Lake City many times, I had never taken the time to explore Red Butte Garden. But now that I have seen it, I will definitely return. It's medium-sized compared to other gardens/arboretums I've visited. You can see most of it in an hour, but could easily spend double that time if you opt for a leisurely pace. It was very well maintained, and pretty well labeled, though occasionally I wish there were even more labels of the plants and trees. I was there on a weekday afternoon and it was pleasantly empty. I also would like to say that I really enjoyed the gift store in the visitor center and left there having spent way more than I had planned because there were a lot of nice things to buy.

The gardens are beautiful to walk and relax. There are great little areas to sit… swings by little waterfalls, children’s area, fragrant gardens. It’s worth an unwind

It was a rainy day and we basically had the gardens to ourselves. It was magical. We hiked the trail to the top that overlooked the valley and watched a fog bank slowly envelop the entire valley. The gardens were beautiful. We will definitely revisit on a day when the weather is better and we can sit on the benches and soak in the beauty instead of the rain.

Red Butte Gardens is beautiful. But I had to buy another ticket when I got to the door because I had neglected to print out the one I bought on their website, and I didn't have the confirmation email with me. I thought it was a "Will Call" situation, so I showed up and told them my name, and they said they had no way to find my ticket.

We saw this was ranked high for attractions in the Salt Lake City area. We were surprised and disappointed with the condition of the gardens. There were weeds in a number of areas, removal of dead plant material needed, and wilted flowers that needed to be pruned. We just expected it to be more beautiful than it was. Hopefully it was just a bad day and they can clean it up a little- I wish them the best because it could be really nice with a little TLC.

The most beautiful garden I’ve ever seen. It has all varieties of the flowers, which are skillfully grouped together to form the wonderful island of the color and fragrance.

I enjoyed seeing the different plants and flowers. The fragrance garden and rose garden were my favorites. It was beautiful and their were some great views at the top.
