We pick up from most hotels in the downtown Seattle, SeaTac, and Tukwila area. We cannot pick up hotels that are not listed or at private residences. If you are not staying at a hotel within our pick-up range, the closest meeting location information will be provided to you. Hotel pickups commence prior to departure time. Please call or email us to confirm hotel and exact pickup time. Please note, some hotels are inaccessible for our buses; therefore we may ask you to meet at another hotel for pickup.

Knowledge of tour guide .Very informative Some stops not really necessary and not enough time for others. Had no time at all at Space Needle.

This tour was wonderful- they show you so much of Seattle when you’re only in town for a short amount of time. Our tour guide, Avery, was fantastic! He told us so much about all the sites we were seeing and answered any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to see Seattle prior to departing on a cruise.

We had just one half-day in Seattle before joining a cruise to Alaska, and came across the Tours Northwest brochure which gave us the perfect solution to how to see the most we could of the city and get to our cruise on time and without hassle. We were picked up right on time from our hotel, and our baggage stowed in the back of the bus by our very jolly driver Doug, whose commentary throughout the tour was really interesting and informative. We didn't know much about Seattle before this and actually found we could have spent more time there quite happily. Anyway, we got to see many of the city's neighbourhoods and attractions and got a feel for the place, with several stops to walk around and take photos etc. Even got to see the famous view of Seattle from 'Frasier's' eyrie. At end of tour, Doug dropped us off at the cruise terminal with plenty of time to spare. A most enjoyable morning and well worth doing as an orientation if you haven't been to Seattle before.

We were picked up from the hotel near airport promptly alongwith our luggage for the city pre cruise trip. The driver was very knowledgeable and took a round of the city explaining all details from the past to the current. There was not sufficient time to get off at every place. Finally at the end were dropped on time to the cruise terminal

Excellent tour to get a taste of Seattle. Picked up at hotel and dropped off at the cruise terminal. Driver was very personable and funny.

Once we got started the tour was very informative. Adam made it very fun. However, there was some mixup in the pickup. Also, we went to the Chocolate store ? and it was closed due to a company event. I think the company should have alerted the tour company and guide of that closure. No worries, Adam was still very good!

This was a pre-cruise tour that picked you up at your hotel with your luggage, toured you through Seattle and left you off at your ship with your luggage. A wonderful way to see Seattle prior to a cruise. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and a good guy to spend a few hours with. We know more about Seattle because of him and a good time learning. We highly recommend this tour if your are going to take a cruise.

Horrible! A waste of money. For example, we didn't stop at Pike Place which would have been preferred over stopping to see the lake and tour the neighborhood homes. We were also told that we would get to see the needle. Nada! This was a complete waste of money. Either be honest with your customer or change the tour to meet what is promised! Gail S.
