We hadn't been to the MO in a past trip and we're so glad we added it this time! This was the highlight to our trip with our boys (10 &12) this time. We spent quite a bit of time there but it was so worth it. All of the guides along the way have interesting tid bits that they share to really add to your experience. If you have time, definitely add this to your Pearl Harbor trip!

Ken picked us up at our hotel and was a pleasure to hang out with through the day. He gave us a great experience, explaining history of the island and notable locations to and from the sites. Real cool guy, we had a great time. He checked in on us through the day, very helpful.

It was a very humbling experience and all the volunteers and information provided by people and museums and such was awesome. The Disappointment was when our guide informed us upon pickup that the USS Arizona was closed. One of the main reasons for signing up for the tour. Requesting partial refund. Otherwise it was great.

It was okay. We felt rushed at Arizona, Bowfin, and museum. We didn't have time for all of it and missed the museum. Barely had time for a bathroom break. There is a snack bar but you don't have time so hopefully you ate before you went. we were not able to go to the Missouri because there was a security emergency. (all well) BUT I did contact the tour company after the fact about this looking for a refund as this portion did add a significant cost over the tour without Missouri. I was hopeful since I got an email the following day saying they would look into it. but alas the ball was dropped and nothing was ever done. we continued with the rest of the tour, but I would have preferred staying in the area for a bit longer to take in the rest that I missed. I wouldn't recommend this tour or any paid tour. Get a reserved time where needed and go on your own at your own pace.

Very surreal and humbling. Ben our tour guide did a wonderful job on guiding and answering questions. Both the Arizona and Mighty MO was must see for our trip to Hawaii.

Unfortunately we were unable to make this tour. Our flight from Charlotte was delayed a day and and half. We contacted to tour throughout the day thinking we would still be able to make it because the airline kept telling us we were going to be leaving. Had we known we would have canceled 24 hours before, but we didn’t. This tour was non refundable and we were unable to reschedule due to our itinerary. We had reserved 8 seats and the cost to us was over 1,400. They were unwilling to help us out. So disappointing all the way around.

Rushed through, time should be longer for such an important place. Also, no arrangements or time planned for watching the documentary at Memorial which was very disappointing as it is an integral part of the experience. Also, although noted that it is a self-guided tour, I would consider advertising this more explicitly as a shuttle ride only. Location for pick-up required multiple phone calls. Expensive with little value beyond shuttle ride. I have used Viator extensively in numerous countries with overwhelmingly positive experiences, this experience was unique. Recommend visitors arrange own transportation and spend a rush-free day at this historic landmark.
